Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be proud to wear Playground Legends™.

Because many Playground Legends™ products are produced specifically for each customer when an order is placed, our return policy differs from that of a traditional retail store carrying pre-manufactured inventory.

Made-to-Order Products

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Playground Legends™ products are made to order.

For this reason, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Changing your mind after placing or receiving an order
Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Preference regarding fit or style
Buyer's remorse

Please review product descriptions, colors, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake, we'll work to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, or materially different from the item you ordered, please contact Playground Legends™ within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your request should include:

Your order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the item and the problem

We may request additional photographs or information in order to evaluate the issue.

Approved Claims

If we determine that an item contains a manufacturing defect, printing error, incorrect item, or other fulfillment error covered by this policy, Playground Legends™ may, depending on the circumstances:

Replace the item at no additional charge;
Issue a refund; or
Provide another appropriate resolution.

The resolution available may depend on the nature of the problem and the fulfillment method used for the product.

Size Exchanges

Because our products are generally manufactured specifically for each order, we cannot offer complimentary size exchanges when the size originally ordered by the customer was correctly produced and delivered.

Please consult the sizing information provided on the applicable product page before ordering.

If the product itself was mislabeled or the size delivered differs from the size ordered, please contact us because that may qualify as a fulfillment error rather than a size exchange.

Do Not Return Products Without Authorization

Please do not mail a product back to the address appearing on your package without first contacting Playground Legends™.

The return address appearing on a shipping label may belong to one of our production or fulfillment facilities and may not be able to process an unauthorized customer return.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address are not considered defective products.

If an order can be reshipped, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Refunds

When a refund is approved by Playground Legends™, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After a refund has been processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error attributable to Playground Legends™ or its fulfillment process.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
